Need advice, please, on installing front Poly bushings.... 200

I've got the set of IPD's front poly bushings....
[Have already installing their antisway bars with poly bushings, including the upper and lowers for its links, and now I'm ready for the next step]
...but I've discovered a possible problem that I didn't expect when I ordered the parts.

When I watched their DVD instructions, it showed that I need a big press to remove one of the old bushings (the big one in the "cup"). Do I really need such a press? I was going to do this job over the weekend, but now it looks like a 'weekday' job because my local shop just doesn't do 'small jobs' on a busy Saturday.

Has anyone removed that big bushing with a vice or other way, other than a big press? I haven't taken anything apart yet, as I don't want to get stranded in the middle of the job.

Thanks.
