240 expansion valve, oil leak 200 1989

Been there, done that on an 89 244, new seals and all. It can be tough to get the expansion valve to line up with the threads/pipes during installation and that makes it easy to nick an o-ring. Mine leaked a lot more than yours though, the charge was gone in a week.

I would recommend replacing the expansion valve seals with plenty of lube on them. From there, if you want to be safe, replace the receiver drier and vac the system out. If you want to take a small risk, leave the receiver drier, don't vac it out and just recharge the system.
