Likely location for a tail-light short? 700

I did that months ago. The fuse blew instantaneously in all situations with everything unplugged. There's also always circuit continuity with the switch off and on (the plug socket board was unplugged) for all light circuits (I think reverse and blinkers were not continuous).

Tonight, I put in a fuse (bought a box of 25 for 8$ because 5/3$ gets expensive) and it didn't blow immediately. I noticed last time that I got a lot of radio static when I put in the fuse. I wiggled the entire fuse/relay mounting bracket (plastic) and the noise came and went. I now think the short is in either the fuse panel or in the trunk harness.

I want to double check that it's not the front right marker light. Does anyone know exactly where the side marker light passes through the firewall?
