Couple of screws 900

I took off the tailgate of my '93 940 wagon as there was a loud rattling going on for quite some time. Well, it appears that not only was the rear wiper motor loose, but all three screws were completely gone. Does anybody know what size screws I should get in place of the three?

It also appears that the two screws that hold the tailgate 3rd stop light to the panel are completely gone as well. What size screws should those be as well?
