Will,

You can pull the fusebox/relay board out of where it sits. No need to pull the radio, but you do need to take out the pocket (holds eq if so equipped) It unclips and the whole thing can be pulled out (with the shifter moved back to L). The wires are long enough going to the fuse panel to allow this. I had to replace the fuse panel on my '84 760 T because of melted/damaged plastic.
