help needed,1987 240 wagon changed blower motor

hello all,

Changed my heater blower motor. took about 12 hours....got it all back together with a few screws left over....however 2 thing are wrong.
1) I pulled the dashboard back about 3 inches and shifted the metal part of dash that is connected to the steering column and now I can't put back the cover around the column that hides the wires for the wiper and blinker handles????It's like the steering wheel is too close to the dash.
2) my rear door locks stopped working(automatic). the front ones still works !?
Any help would be appreciated.
