1991 240 Window Switches??? 200

How in the world do you replace the window switches on the 240 drivers side? I admit I'm not very knowledgable about car 'stuff' but I've found myself having to learn these things in the two years I've had my beloved Volvo. As it is, my drivers side window won't roll down although they others will and the fuses are all newly replaced. I have deduced that I need to replace the drivers side window switch (and that I may be able to do it using one of the other switches?) but I'm looking at the door handle and can't see how I'm supposed to remove the switches or anything?

Any help for someone who is fairly clueless?

Thanks!!
Wendi
