power window glass holder/regulator

I have a 91 940 turbo wagon with a rear passenger window that needs work. The window cushioning that holds the glass to the arm attached to the regulator is old and no longer holds the glass, it just pulls out when the regulator pulls down. How can I replace that window cushioning or stick the window into what I already have? Does that part have a name for replacement?

Also, the whole channel (the part that holds the window) moves back and forth horizontally. The pressure of movement pushes it off track and I can't find any bolts to tighten it. My chiltons manual shows a picture of the bolts but I can't find them.

Thanks :-)
