Failed emmissons at running speed


HC ppm 90/66 fail 90
CO % 0.37/0.37 pass
NO ppm 1346/757 fail 1346

NO failed poorly. Does this car have an EGR, if so where so I clean, the Haynes manual only makes referece to a sensor on 1991's and newer.

I put on a universal CAT on approx a year ago beacause the original got damaged. No check engine lights on.

My brothers 240 failed exactly the same way last year and it was the O2 sensor. Should a gamble and just replace the O2 sensor?
