Fuel Hose Damaged 900 1995

I think I need to replace the fuel hose that connects from the filter to the fuel rail on the engine. Replaced fuel filter this weekend and found the hose has 1/2 inch split where it connects to the banjo fitting. Put a small hose clamp on it as a temporary fix but I am nervous about high pressure gasoline so I figure I should repair or replace the hose assembly.

Is this a dealer-only part or can it be repaired or replaced with after-market parts?

Any tips on how to disconnect at the engine-end? Is this a simple compression fitting or are there seals that need to be replaced also?

Nothing in the FAQ on this subject as far as I can see

Car is a 1995 945 NA.

Thanks
