'93 940 CD Player/Changer 900 1993

My moms old '93 940 wagon came with a 6 Disc CD Changer and she never really used it. When she did use it, it worked perfectly. Now that the car is mine, I went to use it and it worked for a little while, but then it starts to have problems reading CDs and now it'll take them from the disc changer and I can hear the disc spinning (maybe the lens moving too?) but it gives up reading and goes to the next one. I've tried the CD in all of the slots (as well as multiple other CDs) and they all did the same thing. I've checked all the connections so it shouldn't be that. Is there anything I can do to try to get this working again?

It would pretty much suck if I had to buy a new one.. or not have one at all. :) Any help would be appreciated.
