86 245 No Light on High Beam and Bulb Question 200 1986

Still working my 1986 245DL aka Inga.

Getting ready for inspection and double checked all the lights. One of the license plate lights on the rear is out. Should pass with one, but I want to fix it before the other goes out (planning on changing both bulbs out). Any ideas what this bulb part number is? Is this one of those or can you pick one up at a Euro Parts house or is this a Volvo part?

The bigger issue is when the high beams are switched on, there is no light at all on the drivers side lamp. Low beams are fine. Good Bulb, swapped it to the passenger side and it works there. What to check? This is an 86 with crap Volvo wiring, but checked everything and it looks OK. Is there a relay that is part of the high beams circuit or is this done by the switch on the column?

Thanks in advance for your input,

PT
