Emissions are slightly off a bit (off the freaking map) 200

Took the 91 240 in for emmisions, and was presented with this lovely news. HC and Nox are off the map at some points, and seem to be only during peak acceloration points. After that they level off and are at or below the "reference" value.

V15 cam (passed last time)
Plugs are slightly old and gapped to like .053 with my MSD coil
Cap and rotor have seen better days, but I do the "sandpaper" method of cleaning them every so often.

Cat is maybe 2-3 years old, brand that FCP was selling. Maybe 30k on it or so. O2 sensor was replaced around the same time.



Could this be caused by some really wacky worn plugs or something?
