Alarm Malfunction? 900 1996

Thanks for the help. I disconnected the battery for a minute. After reconnecting it, the check engine light went off and the erratic behavior of the turn signal indicator lights has so far stopped and the horn has not sounded. I still can't get the alarm to work or to program the remote. Any suggestions?

As for the air injection valve, I stopped by my mechanic who replaced it before and told him that the check engine light went off after disconnecting the battery. He ran the scanner and apparently it is normal. He thinks the check engine light might reappear, but so far it has not. I am still worried about the battery needing to be charged. Maybe whatever was draining it before is fixed? I will test it in a while to see if it is holding the charge. So far, so good.
