Horsepower vs Compression Ratio calculations 700

Since I've gotten some response about turning my 88 765T into an N/A vehicle and losing hp due to lower compression,( 9.8 vs 8.7:1) I found a great website that saved me from having to do the calcs myself: http://www.bgsoflex.com/crchange.html

It works out to about a reduction of 3%. If the gas mileage increases by 10 to 20% or more I would say that it is a fair swap.

Regards,
