Just an idea. Why not get one of the experts on this site to source for a nice late model 245GL.

Then have a build-up and restoration section on brickboard detailing the complete restoration of the car with pictures. (A shop might donate services in exchange for free publicity)

Members can contribute parts (I am sure the members here have enough spare volvo parts to pretty much restore the car). This would be an interesting read for many.

At the end of the restoration, the car can be raffled off for $10 per ticket (winner pays for shipping). I am sure a nicely restored classic 245GL would find lots of interest.

Again, just an idea.
