wipers wont turn off 700

I was working on my car today (Changing the springs, changing the turn signal light blub and trying to find a leak in the intake hoses) and when I started the motor the wipers started working and now they wont stop.

I didn't touch any electrical wiring (Besides for changing the light bulb) and I have no idea what is going on...

So before I go fault tracing, if anyone has any ideas on how this could happen it would be much appreciated.
