Which keepers should I use on my driveshaft when replacing U-joints? 200

Okay, here's the deal. I'm replacing all of my U-joints and I went out and bought all new internal snap-rings because that's what was on the old U-joints. When I got the new U-joints they come with those internal keepers that are sort of like a snap ring except you don't use snap-ring pliers to install or remove them, you use needle-nose or duckbill pliers. These keepers kind of look like a convoluted letter "G". Which keepers should I use or does it matter? Anyone have any comparison experience? Thanks
