164 no start, no spark 140-160 1975

One side of the coil should be continuously hot with ignition on.
The other side should be intermittent when cranking so that it will
spark. (Transformers don't work on DC unless it pulses.)
Is your engine temp sensor hooked up and wires in good shape?
An open circuit here will tell your computer that it is a thousand
degrees below zero and make it full rich to try to compensate.
The sensor should read somewhere about 1000 to 2000 ohms.
Should have the cold start injector disconnected at this point, just in
case it is shorted or leaking.
