Drivers door sags

I have a door hinge problem but not the traditional ones that we often write about on the brickboard. I've already tackled the spot weld repair and the door stay two years ago. My driver's door sags ever so slightly and when i shut the door, it needs more push force to engage it to the strike plate than on the other doors. There is some play when i push it up and down but i cannot visually see where the play comes from. What's the procedure for this fix?
Thanks in advance, Ari
