Hints needed to tighten coolant pipe on rear of engine without pulling engine. 900

I have a 1993 960 wagon with a coolant leak I finally found after 3 years. There is a short pipe bent at a 90 that threads onto a nipple on the back of the engine. One of the radiator hoses connect to that pipe. When the engine is cold, it leaks alot. After 10 or so minutes, the engine expands and the leak stops.

I can't figure out how to tighen this pipe. Because of interference with the bell housing, I can't get a full rotation. Please help, I can't drive the car because the leak is too great.

Thanks
