No Start/Power to Starter when Key To Start 200

No relays are involved in the starter motor circuit. Power (12V) is always present directly from the battery on the large starter terminal. When cranking 12V comes from the ignition switch through the neutral/park start inhibit switch (if auto trans) its that simple. If you hear a relay dropping that is nothing to do with the starter circuit, probably headlight relay dropping which is normal. The solonoid is part of the starter, if starter cranks when you jumper across the terminals on the starter (small connector to large connector) then solonoid is fine.
