ngv conversion 200 1983

Hi everybody,

I would like to know whether there is any brick using cng as their alternative fuel. What are the conversion kits available in the market. At this moment, my brick is using bi-fuel (ron 92 and cng) and using BRC ngv conversion kit from Italy. Unfortunately, the kit doesn't come with a mixer. So, the installer just make a hole at the air filter hose and direct the gas pipe to the SU carb. The regulator power is 100 KwA. The problem arise when the car moves slowly around 20-40 kmh (below 1500 rpm) and hot outside, backfire will happen and the air filter hose is disconnected with the SU carb. When this happen, the engine will stop and i have to change back using ron 92.

Is this due to the mixer or due to other problem.

Tq
