Do you get problems with Ebay bidders in the US too??? 140-160

I popped over to the site and looked at your ad. Overall, it was pretty good, but I could make a few suggestions that might help reduce the number of 'tire kickers' and get your car sold.

When you sell an older car, you might like to think about stating clearly that it is a 31-year-old auto, not a new one, regardless of its condition. Cars built during those earlier days got add-ons like air conditioning only as an option, whereas most cars today come with air conditioning unless you specifically order the car without it. The same thing goes with power steering, power brakes, windscreen wiper delay, cruise control, etc. etc. etc.

I'd state in BOLD PRINT those 'normal' amenities that the car simply doesn't have. If someone really wants air conditioning and would never buy a car without it, they should realise that your particular car does not come equipped with it.

Also, check the eBay non-selling item relist rules. Here in the U.S. we can get one free opportunity to re-list the item if it doesn't sell or the buyer backs out. Of course, your buyer reneged on a contract and you do actually have the right to force him to pay for the car, although it would hardly be worth it.

Send of a note to eBay about your buyer and see what you need to do to get a free relist.

Good luck!
