The offset difference is too small to matter.... 700

They should be OK regarding offset (only 5mm or ~1/4 inch different, 25mm for your car vs. 20mm for the 240s that they come from). I'm using the 700's and 900's optional 16 inch Hydra wheels (the same difference in offset, but in the opposite application direction) without a problem.

You'll probably be OK with the diameter, too -- but I can't be sure. Certain later 700 cars had a larger set of brakes, and I think these 15 inch Virgos will accommodate them, but look for further assurance.
