Tether points and rear headrests on 86 to 88 station wagons? 200

I am about halfway through converting my new 93 wagons interior from fadeded/cracked/ripped beige to dark blue from an 87. I did the cargo area and th backseat tonight. Changing the wheel arch covers was a PITA, since the car has a third seat.

I was going to put my daughters carseat back in, when I noticed there are no tether points on the older seat. So I am wondering where you tethered in the older 240s?

I would also like to put the rear headrests back in. Has anyone done this on an older wagon that didn't have them? I was hoping there would be holes already drilled in the seat, but I can't feel any.
