Manual Tranny install 200

Anyone have any tips or short cuts on the installation of an M47 tranny? It's all out but with some effort. Which usually means that installation is gonna be a bit harder. Biggest problem is the lack of angle of the engine. It just does not seem to drop at the rear enough to align the tranny from under the vehicle. And no I am not going to pull the engine....I was only going to replace the rear torsion rod bushings and now look at what I got myself into. Just thought it seemed like a good time to put in a new tranny and clutch kit..What was I thinking or drinking or smoking or whatever has possession of my brain when I crawl under the brick.
