240 fuel injectors 200

Friends,
My 1991 245 SE has developed an interesting problem. When it warms up it runs roughly at idle (but not cold). I hear a hissing sound as though there is a vacuum leak somewhere. I have looked and looked, reseated all sort of tubes and hoses and still no luck. I finally took it to the mechanic to see if he could pin point it right away (you know, maybe it was the old xyz vacuum leak). He heard the elusive hiss and brought out a can of carb cleaner and sprayed it around each fuel injector. When he hit number 3 injector, it quieted right down. It looks like I have to replace, at least the o-ring on that injector. Is this a common ailement @ 150,000 miles? Is it indicative of a greater problem with the system? Should I replace all of the o-rings? Should I consider replacing the injectors while I am at it? I am an experienced shadetree mechanic that does the majority of my own work. However I have never messed with a fuel injection system. Are there any tricks or to watch out for, or precautions I should take or is it straight forward?
Thanks,
John
