Volvo 142/105 engine question 140-160

Here are the numbers i found stamped in on the engine block:

4969 1-419303

So i sure hope you can tell me something about it :)

I spoke to an old volvo mechanic and in his opinion there should be an K cam mounted on it and an big valve head, 48 mm or so....
