Inconsistent Fuel Flow 700

90-740GL-Fuel issue-, while driving I notice inconsistecy in the flow of fuel,not that it cut's out or dies you can feel the drop then it goes back as it was, then repeats..also the Service light comes on for about 1 minute after I start up then goes off...How could these items be related.I just replaced the radio relay (fuel pump related.)
