Idiot light refresher course 200 1988

Could someone tell me what each idiot light represents from left to right along the bottom of the instrument cluster? The ones that can be read without lighting up (brake failure, oil pressure, hi-beams, etc. all work, but I have a few others with burned out bulbs. I removed the cluster via the Bentley instructions, removed one of the bulb sockets, now how do I get the small (osram) bulb out of the socket? Thanks Bulletproof, I know which light represents the bulb failure warning light, but not the others.
