960 Trouble code help S90-V90 1997

My 965 acted up a little over the weekend. Got the well-known "transmission light show" and a check engine light. I was able to clear the tranny issue with the FAQ fix (cycle the shift lever multiple time) and expected the check-engine code to be tranny-related when I dumped the code. Interestingly the code referenced the "speed sensor". I was able to clear it and it has not returned. Can anyone direct me to the location of this sensor and it's connector? I would like to check it and at least clean the connector. The code actually makes sense since my wife also reported she thought she saw the tach needle at "zero" for a few moments even though the engine was running. The car ran fine the entire time all this was going on.
Thanks!
