plugs - 92 960 wagon 900

Hello to All,

I have a 92 960 wagon with about 167k (Kilometers) on it. I took the cover off the other day to have a look at the plugs. Quite the arrangement under there. (My first Volvo) Plugs I haven't seen before, made in France for Volvo. Also I noticed that one of the small red wires had the insulation cracked so that the bare wire was visible. Very clean and dry in there though.
My question is, what are the best plugs to put in this engine and are those plug wires replaceable???
Thanks in advance.
Student.
