1991 Volvo 240/No start 200

I posted a couple days ago about winning a bid on ebay for this Volvo. I have not picked the car up yet. I called the dealer about the car, it does turn over. I received many posts from you guys. I was debating on sending the car to the shop but now i think i want to tow the car home, and work on it myself. I recall reading that you can use the cooling fan relay in place of fuel pump relay for emergencies? Also i need to know how do you use the dinostic led lights? Also i need a good manual, I need some recomindations.

Here is what i plan to do saturday when i pay the dealer for the car.

1. Check for a broken timing belt.
2. Check the fuel pump relay - how do i do this?

Also i received a post about the Crank Position Sensor. Is there anything else that will cause no start conditions?

From what i been told the car is running fine, just died and it could not be started.
