Rebuilding a 240 dash 200 1980

I started a heater core project way back in November, and never did finish it.

I've been driving the car with out a dash for the past 6 months, and I've grown tired of it.

The problem is that I really don't know where to begin.

So much time has passed that I don't remember all the finer details.

Any advice that can be offered would be greatly appreciated.

As it stands now:

By the way, if anyone in town wants to lend a helping hand, I certainly wouldn't stop them.
