Help! I'm all toed out after rebuilding my front end! 444-544

So I removed the entire front suspension from our '64 PV 544, cleaned everything up, replaced the king pins, steering link ends, left tie rod, shocks and all the seals. I put it back together and even with the steering link ends totally bottomed out I've got tons of toe out. The tie rods are swaged (sp?) with no adjustability (right?). Are both tie rods supposed to be the same length? If one were shorter and I put on the two long ones that would create the toe out. Like a fool I threw out my old parts before complete reassembly. Or do I have something swapped on backwards like an A-arm?? Thanks for your help.
