trottle body size? 140-160

so i'm building a new b20 . its going to be 86mm stroke, 92mm bore, 11.5 to 1 compression, 46/38.5 valves and kg6 cam. i'm tring to figure out what size throttle bodies to get. i'm ussing the long r-sport weber manifolds. 48 mm webers would be a minemum for this engine, is this becuase of the venturie size? the bore on the manifolds seems to be 50mm on the side were the itb's would attach. alot of other 2.3 liter cars that have itbs seem to be using 45mm throttle plates. would there be any abvantge to going bigger if 45mm will flow enough air? thanks
