This darn car still messes up when re-starting! 200

As I posted a couple of months ago, after I drive my car for a while (The engine is completely warmed up), shut it off and restart it, the car idles high (Around 1,400-2,000RPM) for about 5 seconds, and then idles normally. I took "KenC"s advice and checked the fuel injectors, and they're fine. There isn't any vacuum leakage anywhere, and I even cleaned out (God I'm having a mental block here of what the technical name is!!) the inside of the intake chamber where the top of the air duct connects to the engine. (I hope that makes sense?) However the car still does this, but it does drive much better now..haha..Me along with all of my mechanics are stumped at this problem... What in the world could it be? Do I need to replace the ECU? Should I clean out/replace the air mass meter? Should I clean out the flametrap? Augh, what is IT?!
