1982 DL Fuel injection 200

My Volvo has a fuel leak...it turns but no catch....I need help! I was driving when it began to act as if I was running out of gas, but it had gas...than it died and wont start. When I try to start there is nothing when I press the gas peddle. I smelled gas as if it were flooding, then realised it was leeking from a hose, we fixed that but still no start. The fuel is reaching the throtle, and some wierd sparkplug looking thing that squrts gas thats conected to some kinda electrical plug that has a green and a brown wire inside. The wires were striped a little, so I taped them up with electrical tape. LOST! Please help. I have a 6 pack of Newcastles for anyone in the 951/909 area that is willing to come "King of the hill it" around my Volvo, and help fix. I know its not much but our livily hood relys on this poor old car, and we have little money(no money). I need a miricle! Any advice is welcome too!
