1991 740: Need Help/Suggestions - Stall When Hot w/ AC On

Very Much Need Your Kind Help/Suggestions with an idle problem for our 1991 740 Volvo wagon w/ auto trans and a/c. Car is presently at Volvo dealer's shop.
Car operated in Florida w/ 163,000 miles; Regina ignition system.
Car given to dealer to address an idle/stall problem in the following circumstances: Hot day, a/c running; car starting up from a stop at a red light or turning left - car will suddenly irregularly stall - probably from too much fuel? Usually, problem in the past has been cured by a dealer "throttle body servicing" to remove fuel deposits which apparently affect idle and CPU and cause this condition.

Dealer reported today that the "throttle servicing" did not correct the problem and stated that the stalling was due to "uneven fuel pressure and uneven vacuum" Presently, however, dealer is unable to identify or cure problem. The fuel filter was just changed by the dealer this same service visit.

Any suggestions, help, or guidance from fellow brickboarders would be very much appreciated as we need our car back in operating condition with a "reasonable" bill which is climbing.

With our great appreciation.
