B20 head numbers 140-160

The guy I bought my '71 145 from was telling me about things that had been done to the car. He said something about the head having some work or something(I wasn't really listening to him because I assumed he was just rambling. The number on the front right corner of the head is A24. Knowing next to nothing about Volvos, I don't know if that is good or bad.

Think I'll keep the automatic unless it goes bad, it can only be original once. :)
