NO — it's NOT the Crank Position Sensor 200 1993

No wet plugs. The pulse I feel at the rail must be the pump primming.
• Plug wetness imay not be a reliable indicator—depends on cranking time etc.

And the relays (white fuel relay) are working just as you describe.
• That's good—and seems to prove my point:

> Fuel relay closed when cranking means FI ECU got timing pulses from IGN CU.
>> IGN timing pulses come from Crank Position Sensor pulses!
>>> Therefore, the Crank Position Sensor can't be bad if Fuel relay works when cranking.

I hope that the problem is the crank sensor.
• I don't see how it can be bad.

P.S. I believe the Power Stage can overheat (and go bad?) from poor heat transfer where it mounts on the inner fender. I think both surfaces need be clean and coated with a special heat-conducting "thermal grease", which dries out over time and loses its effectiveness—which can lead to its failure.
