Wiring a later instrument cluster into an earlier car 200 1980

I've made good progress on restoring my 1980 245 to it's "former glory".

Along the way, I've decided to install a later dash that I got from a '84 245.

The connectors on the back of the "new" instrument cluster look like they would be "plug and play", but I know they aren't.

The problem is I don't know what wires need to be changed. The Bentley has a wiring diagram for the '84 (that the dash came out of), but it doesn't have a diagram for my '80.

What all needs to be done wiring wise?
