brake parts help finding tabbed washers where hose meets line 200

I have an 87 240 waggon and when I tried to replace the front hoses it turned horribly wrong. The fittings crumbled and I need to cut where the hose meets the line in the bracket on the shock and that will destroy the washer clip thing { Dose any one know what I mean and or know what its called or where to get some?
I called the dealler but they just sent me over priced spring washers but they dont look the same and dont look like they will work. The ones I need are ...well
... -c|- there like a c clip that keeps the hose from pulling through the bracket
