stalling after the rain 700 1991

Hi!

740 Regina w/ 105,000 - for the past 8 months I 've been having a problem with intermittent stalling after the rain. And although the car does not stall EVERY time it rains, I noticed that when the weather is dry, I have no problems, and once it's been a few days after the rain, the car will run fine again. I kept checking but everything under the hood was dry after the rain. Also, I could sense when the car would start stalling because the RPM gauge'll be acting crazy and shoot up and down & would not keep regular rpm. Any ideas?
