Brakes stuck 140-160

Yes, it did it again. My front driver side (its a right hand drive) brakes are locked up again, the usual suspect being the rubber hose. If you let the car sit long enough, the brakes are free again. I am attempting to do it myself this time, and while I don't have a problem swapping the hoses, I am not too sure about bleeding the brakes. Can anyone point me into the right direction? Thank you in advance.
