Seat Foam Crumbling ...What should I do ? Any suggestions? 200 1991

Hello , my bottom seat foam is falling apart on both the driver and passenger side of my 1991 volvo 240. Can this be replaced? I was at the local U-Pull-It today and most of the 240's there also had worn and crumbling seats .I know Ipd sells new bottom seat foam but the price is extremly expensive. ANy suggestions ??? And I am not quite sure if I get a decent seat if I could install it.How involved of a job is it ? All replies are appreciated . Thanks rf64
