Cleaned out OIL Box and Flame Trap ..HELP.

Try pulling off the flame trap vacuum hose again and just blocking it. Does the idle change? If not, the trouble is not there.

I agree you're looking for a vacuum leak. Sounds like a big one. Did you have the intake manifold off the car for this work? Did you install a new gasket?

How about the hose to the brake booster? That can be a major source of vacuum leaks if it's split or not seated.
