66 Front Seat Hardware Question 120-130

I just got my car back from the upholstery shop yesterday and I'm now wondering if they lost some hardware. Specifically, on the in-side of the front seats, right in the middle of the "L" bracket (which connects the seat bottom to the seat back), there is an open "hole" (thru it is the tube that controls the recliner capabilities on the out-side of the seat). I don't seem to recall that hole being left open and I don't have any local cars to compare to. Can someone with a comparable seat check this for me and let me know if I'm missing a few screws (common with folks like us)! The car is a 66 sedan (4-door).

Much thanks to all and Brickboard!
mike
