Help - Jumper cables!! 245 200

O.k. I did the dumbest thing I have ever done and I need advice. I just got done putting a new starter, because my old one tested as dead. Car won't turn over. I assumed that the battery was low. I got the cable and jump started it. Here's the bad part. I hooked one end up wrong. Went black to +, and red to -.
Sparks flew. It still won't start. I have power to the accessories, but nothing happens when I turn the key. No cranking, no clicking, no nothing. SOOO, what did I fry when I crossed the wires? I know better, it was just too dark and I was too tired. Need help! I have to get this going. Any help appreciated
